Digital Materials & Consultation ServicesSome of our services may include the delivery of digital materials (guides, documents, or informational resources) sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Once digital materials have been delivered or access has been granted, the service is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund, as digital content cannot be returned or revoked.

• ConsultationsIf a consultation has not yet taken place and no digital materials have been delivered, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• If the consultation has already been provided, or digital materials have been delivered, refunds are not available.

Missed AppointmentsFailure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice is considered a completed service and is non-refundable.
